Gregory Leigh Hayes Sr.

Gregory Leigh Hayes Sr., 33, passed away December 14, 2017.

He was born August 3, 1984 the son of Billy Hayes and Susan L. Nichols.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was baptized on October 15, 2016.

Gregory loved the Utah Jazz, M&M memorabilia, 49ers, fishing, gold panning, long walks, and just being with his family.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, Susan and Kenneth Johnson, father and step-mother, Billy and Shari Hayes, two-year-old son, Gregory L. Hayes II, 6-year-old step-daughter, Samantha King, brothers, Matthew (Valerie) Hayes, Andrew (Felicia) Hayes, sister, Kristin (Preston) Welch, grandmothers, Doris Wilcox, Marga Hayes, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, cherished friends and estranged wife Danna King.

Preceded in death by his beloved nephew, Isaac Hayes, grandfathers, Dean Wilcox, Charles J Nichols Sr., James E Hayes Sr. And his fantasy football pal beloved cousin, Skip.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
