Gregory Allen Wismer

CLINTON a€" Gregory Allen Wismer, 40, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 at his home. He was born August 24, 1969 in Big Rapids, MI to Norman and Barbara Taylor Wismer. He worked for more than 20 years as a freight conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad.

Greg was a member of the Eagles Club, loved model railroading, car restoration and cross country skiing. He loved spending time on the beaches of Lake Michigan hunting for petoskey stones. Greg was a hard worker, had a love of life and had a high level of integrity. He was a person you could count on. His life ended far too soon and he will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

He is survived by his son Karl, Pocatello, ID; parents Norman and Dian Wismer, Syracuse; Barbara and Dick Kaupp, Pocatello, ID, grandmother Mildred Taylor, Venice FL; and sister Kim (Erick) Ellis, Pocatello, ID and family.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 S. State Street where friends and family may gather from 1 to 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
