Hagen James Leland

Our precious little cowboy, Hagen James Leland returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, October 3, 2011, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born September 26, 2011 in Salt Lake City to Robert Alan Leland, Jr. and Amber Renske Leland.

"Even though you were here for a short time, you touched so many hearts and lives. You will be deeply, deeply missed. You fought as hard as you could to the very end; you were very strong and very brave. We love you so much. You will be in our hearts forever and we were very blessed to get to spend the time with you that we did."

Hagen is survived by his parents, Robert and Amber; a brother, Tucker, a sister, Alexia; grandparents, Bob and Jaynene Leland, Evanston, WY; Todd and Darlene Stryker, Evanston, WY; Dan and Rita Shelton, Hooper; great-grandma, Chris Limb; and many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and one uncle, Nicholas Leland.

Graveside services will be held Friday, October 7th at 2 p.m. at the Hooper Cemetery, 5290 South 6300 West.

The family will meet with friends on Friday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

A very special thanks goes out to all of the nurses and doctors at the PICU at Primary Children Hospital.
