LAYTON a€" Hal David Williams, 71, passed away Friday, May 7, 2010. He was born October 31, 1938, the son of William Verd and Nora Florence Wall Williams. He married Genette Hunt on September 24, 1956 in Ogden, UT.

Survived by his wife Genette, children Gwen (Paul) Mackenzie, Shari (Larry) Gosnell, Charlotte (Doug) Chilson, Dave (Julie) Williams; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Verd and Lloyd (Laura); and two sisters, Florence (Leon) and Alice.

Preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ned, Carl and Frank.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton.
