Heath Joseph Putnam 1977-2009

Our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend passed away February 23, 2009 at his home in Farmington, Utah.

He was 31 years old, born in Bountiful on August 13, 1977 to Scott and Judy Putnam. He loved his dog Butch, and enjoyed painting, the mountains and four wheeling. He will be missed dearly by all his family and friends who love him.

He is survived by his loving mother Judy Walls of Bountiful, his loving brother and best friend Dustin Putnam (Heather) of Farmington, his brother Cody and sister Jennifer, his grandmother Betty Putnam as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, his father Scott Putnam and his beloved dog Butch.
