Heather Jean Patnode Quintana

CLEARFIELD - Heather Patnode Quintana, 44 passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013. She was born May 14, 1969 in Rochester, New Hampshire to Roland Earl Patnode and Dawn Evans.

Heather moved to Utah in 1977.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Codey and Brianna Quintana; siblings, Brooke, Shelley, Echo, Mark and Kimmy; companion, Dave Worthen and grandchildren, Jonah and Elijah.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit with family from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name at Golden West Credit Union.
