Our loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and best friend passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 10, 2012. Heather had a smile and sense of humor that brought life and happiness wherever she went. She had a deep love for her family and a strong testimony of Jesus Christ.

Heather was born December 17, 1973 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Osmyn M. Williams, Jr. and Karen L. Williams. Her parents preceded her in death.

She had a great love for and is survived by her children, Sinjin, Trey and Phoenix.

Heather is also survived by her step-mother, Catherine J. Williams, sister, Kimberly (Scott) Ditty, brothers, Joe (Tami), John, Jared, Jason, sister, Jennifer (Todd) Smith, brother, Paul (Elysia) Williams, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made at any America First Credit Union location under the "Heather A. Smith Memorial Account". Heather A. Smith Memorial Facebook page has been created for sharing updates, memories, etc.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 17th at 1 p.m. at the Sandridge Ward Chapel, 4900 South 2000 West, Roy.

The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church.

Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
