Carol Hollist Francis

Carol Francis, age 78, passed away January 15, 2010 in Bountiful, Utah.

Carol was born June 5, 1931 in Salt Lake City to Alex and Helen Gren. Married Van C. Hollist July 24, 1953, later divorced. Married C. Arthur Francis September 28, 1978.

Carol retired from US West in 1980. Carol and Art served in the Perth Australia Mission. She loved her many callings in the church. Carol''s life revolved around her children and grandchildren.

Survived by daughters Vanalee (Rick) Carruth, Susan Larson, Kathy (Dean) Hales, Judy (Rob) Scott, Teri Francis; son Lynn (Suzanne ) Francis; 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; brothers Jerry (Marily)Gren, Howard (Grace) Gren. Preceded in death by her loving husband Art and her mother and father.

Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call Tuesday, January 19th from 6-8 pm and Wednesday 10-10:45 am prior to services. Interment Morgan City South Cemetery.
