Helen Morea Lloyd went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, October 18,  2021 after a battle with dementia.

Helen was born on March 10, 1939 to Hazel Morea Gilmore and Leland Charles DeCarlow in Ashland, Oregon. She attended high school in Medford, Oregon graduating in 1957, and attended business school after.

In 1959 she met Mel Lloyd and they wed that year November 12, 1959, going on to have two children, Christine M. (Keith) Kiernan of Ogden, Utah and Richard A. (Jolene) Lloyd of Hermiston, Oregon.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Mel Lloyd; two brothers and a sister. She is survived by her daughter and son and six grandchildren, Ryan Kiernan, Erin Kiernan, Lindsay Lloyd, Thomas Kiernan, Emilee Lloyd, and Morea Beatty; also five great grandchildren.

No services are planned. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
