Helen R. Trappett

Helen R. Trappett ROY – Helen R. Trappett, 78, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at Ogden Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her family members. She was born January 18, 1931 in Ogden, the daughter of Harold and Emma Stewart. Helen married Robert “Bud” K. Trappett on February 11, 1950 in Ogden, where they made their home. Her greatest love in life was taking care of her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. During her retirement years, she spent winters with her husband and friends in Yuma, Arizona. In the summer, her passion was vegetable and flower gardening at which she excelled. She was so proud of her vegetables and shared them with all her friends and neighbors. Surviving are her husband, Bud; son, David Trappett; daughter, Susan Mastronardi; grandchildren, Shelley and Jackson; and great-grandchildren, Gage, Ashlee, and Ken. Helen was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ruth Allen.
