Henry Joseph Kozlowski
LAYTON a" Henry Joseph Kozlowski, 88, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2007 at his home.
He was born March 18, 1919 in Jersey City, New Jersey the son of Frank and Elizabeth Skrobut Kozlowski.
Henry retired from the U. S. Air Force and served in World War II, Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife Josephine Dorwick, four sons, Brian (Lorraine) Kozlowski, Naples, FL; Ron Kozlowski, Camano Island, WA; Richard Kozlowski, Laguna Hills, CA; Paul Kozlowski, Layton; three daughters, Carol (Patrick) Gotti, Clinton; Diana (Doug) Winters, Las Vegas, NV; Liz Huggins, Layton; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 9 a.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel Street, Layton with Monsignor Victor Bonnell, officiating. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Prayer service 7 p.m.
Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salt Lake City, where military honors will be accorded by the Hill Air Force Base Honor Guard.
If you wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Rose of Lima Growing Fund in Henry''s name.
