Hortencia Rico aka "Tangee" Maass

Hortencia Rico aka "Tangee" Maass, born in Payson, Utah on May 23, 1942, crossed over on November 1, 2021, from respiratory failure and dementia.

Tangee's parents are the late Cruz Rico and Ramona Florez. Ramona passed away June 15, 2021.

Tangee's sister, Mary Rico, precedes her in death. She leaves siblings Phillip Rico (California), Ed Maass (Utah), and Judy Ann Maass Gadwood (California). Tangee is an aunt to one niece and three nephews. She is also a great-aunt.

Tangee worked at Hill Air Force Base in Clearfield, Utah, in the Department of Defense for over 40 years.

Graveside services will be held the Kaysville City Cemetery, on December 3, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.
