Howard Glenn Blan

Howard Glenn Blan, 71, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He was born on July 14, 1952 in Longbeach, California, the son of Ollie and JoAnne Foreacre Blan. He grew up in the California area and graduated from Los Alamitas High School. He was born a Christian and continued believing in and loving his Lord throughout his life.

He married Melinda Lorraine Galloway on July 22, 1989.

Howard’s desire to be motorcycle mechanic and his family brought him to Utah. He worked in various garages and with his friend’s small business. He also worked delivering bread for Sarah Lee.

He lived a very adventurous life and always had a crazy story to share with his family and friends. Howard enjoyed music and being outdoors, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Howard is survived by his sons, Kevin and Daniel (Samuel Hansen); his niece Kandi Fitch; nephew Jason Fitch; and sister, Sharon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melinda; his parents; and his younger sister, Cathy.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 N. Monroe Blvd, Ogden, Utah.
