Ida L. Thompson
Dear Mom,
We love you. We miss you beyond measure. Thank you for raising us and giving us solid grounding. You aspired for more when it came to your children, and we are eternally grateful to you for your sacrifice. You often said “Your father would be so proud”, but mom we want you to know how proud we are of you. You are a gallant and regal woman. Our hearts will never really be whole until we see you and dad again. Please give him our love. We’ve no doubt you are together, hand-in-hand, looking down upon us. As we look skyward, know that it is our way of saying “We love you, and look forward to the day when we can sit down at the same table to share in each other’s warmth.” Until then, please keep an eye our way. Watch over us with the same unquestioning love you had for us in life.
Your loving children and spouses:
Karol and Ray Gregory, Cheryl and Rick Thinnes, Roberta and Bryan Weaver, Robert and Connie Thompson, and William Dan and Lisa Thompson, also many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
