Ileen Bell Henderson, 89, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 of natural causes.

She was born in Cherry Creek, Oneida, Idaho on May 17, 1921, to William Arvel and Mary Alberta Jones Bell.

On September 21, 1941, she married Edis H. Henderson in Malad, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 17, 1947. Edis preceded her in death.

Ileen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Riverdale 4th Ward where she had held various callings. She also served as an ordinance worker in the Ogden Temple for eight years.

Surviving are three sons and three daughters, Keith and Elaine Henderson; Michael and Gayleen Henderson; Rex and Heidi Henderson; Karen and Monte Bruin; Jean and Larry Bybee; Louise and George (Chuck) Taylor; 27 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is one brother, Devere D. Bell.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Riverdale 4th Ward Chapel, 5500 South 1175 West, with Bishop Scott Smith officiating.

Family will meet friends at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday at the Ward Chapel from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
