Itha S. Henry

Itha S. Henry, 101, Loving aunt, mother and all around best friend passed away the morning of October 23, 2024. She was born April 4, 1923 to Edna M. and Horace J. Steed in Kaysville, Utah.

 She attended Davis High School where she participated in theater and other activities. While working at Hill Air Force Base she met the love of her life in a Young Cadet named Paul B. Henry Jr. They were later married March 16, 1945. Since her new husband was from the East Coast, they spent their early married years traveling extensively on the East Coast and around the country.

 Itha has a gift for working with people, which is why she spent her entire life working in the public sector. She worked as a flower designer until her retirement.

 She is survived by many nieces and nephews and one son Paul. At 101, she out-lived them all.

 A graveside service will be held Friday November 1, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E Crestwood Rd., Kaysville, Utah. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday November 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main Street, 400 N. Main Street, Kaysville, Utah prior to the graveside.

 At her request “There will be no Damn Funeral”
