KAYSVILLE a€" J. Dean Skinner, 76, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012 at his home.

He was born October 6, 1935 in Provo, Utah to Jesse and Melda Barker Skinner.

Dean married Jeanette Small on October 11, 1956 in the Salt Lake Temple. She preceded him in death on October 28, 2001. He married Tracy Renee Eggett on December 18, 2004.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dean was a member of the Beehive A''s Model A Ford Club (one of the original four founding members) and Model A Ford Club of America. He enjoyed antiques, building birdhouses and picture frames, fishing and loved to go with the Kaysville Police Dept. on ride-alongs.

Surviving are his wife Tracy, sister, Pat Zamora, son, William (Stephanie) Skinner, daughter, Christina Atkinson, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife Jeanette Skinner, parents, brothers Larry Steele, Harold Steele, Ralph Steele and sister Ada Hoover.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville 13th Ward, 875 E. 200 No. Friends may visit family Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
