CLEARFIELD a€" Jack Fred Campbell died unexpectedly Friday, June 13, 2008 at home.

Jack was born October 31, 1988 in Las Cruses, NM. His father is David G. Campbell and his mother''s are Ann Rollow and Shanna Campbell. Jack has two loving sisters, Kathryn (Kalob) Winterton and Cynthia Campbell. He also has 5 brothers and 2 sisters that he adopted when David and Shanna were married. They are Jason (Jennifer) Nelson, James Nelson, Melyssa (Edward) Vielstich, Christopher Nelson, Nick Nelson, Stephen Nelson and Cassie Nelson. He said many times how he considered all of them his family.

He is also survived by his grandmother, Boneta Campbell and his grandfather Len Rollow. Jack leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him. His dog and constant companion, Mandy will be waiting for her nightly walk to the park. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Garn Campbell and his grandmother, Jennie Rollow.

Jack had recently graduated from Clearfield High School where he had excelled in welding. He had plans to attend technical school in the Fall to pursue his goals in welding.

Jack loved to go camping with his family and enjoyed many winter camps with his brother, Stephen. Jack was a hard worker, willing to help anyone at any time. He could fix anything and seemed to thrive on the challenge of something new to tear apart. He always had time for his 18 nieces and nephews whom he adored and who adored him. He was their Secret Superhero.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Clearfield 7th Ward Chapel, 300 N. 231 E. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lindquist''s Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 S. State Street, and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 at the church.
