JACKSON CHARLES CHASTAIN

July 8, 2015-December 2, 2015

Jackson Charles Chastain was born July 8, 2015 in Salt Lake City to Kelsey Ann and Nyckalis Michael Chastain.  From the time Jack was born he was the shining light in his parents’ lives.  He became fast friends with any one he met.  Sadly, the light in our lives went out on December 2, 2015 as Jack passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving parents and family.

We will never forget him and the little ray of sunshine he brought into our lives.  In his 5 months on earth, he brought so many people together and taught us so much about the truly important things in life.  These bonds of love and friendship will last forever.

Jack is survived by his parents Kelsey and Nyck, his grandparents, Kim and Clint, Melanie and Jeremy West and many extended family members and close friends, all who love him and will miss him very much.

A celebration of Jacks life will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Rankin Home 2509 South 550 East Bountiful Utah.  Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
