JACOB ELDEN TALBOT

March 25, 2014~March 26, 2014

Jacob Elden Talbot passed away peacefully in the arms of his father in the early morning of March 26, 2014.  He was born on March 25, 2014 at 9:59 PM.  He fulfilled his earthly mission by receiving a perfect body and is now back in the arms of his loving Heavenly Father.  During his short time with us, Jacob provided a brief burst of joy and faith that will live forever.  He touched many lives and is loved deeply by both family and friends.

Jacob was the son of Scott and Sara Talbot of West Bountiful.  He is survived by two siblings, Cameron and Alivia, and loving uncles, aunts and cousins.  His paternal grandparents are Steven and Penny Talbot of Centerville; and maternal grandparents Monica Rosemary of Detroit, MI and the late Paul Rosemary.

Services will include a viewing on Friday, March 28 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, UT and a brief graveside tribute for close family and friends on Saturday, March 29 at 11:00 am at the Bountiful City Cemetery.

We express our most heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love and support we have  received from family, friends and neighbors.  We would also like to thank the LDS Hospital medical staff members who provided such quality care for Jacob and our family.
