FARR WEST a€" Jacobo "Jake" Lucin Trujillo, 66, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at his home in Farr West.

He was born July 1, 1944 in Fort Garland, Colorado a son of Henry and Charlotte Roybol Trujillo.

Jake married Sheila Angela Evett Lobato on August 10, 1970 in Ogden.

He was a member of the St. Joseph''s Catholic Parrish.

Jake received his Bachelor of Sociology Degree; and worked as a counselor for the State of Utah and Weber County; He had also worked as a welder; and finished his career as an employee at the U.S. Department of Treasury.

He loved fishing, baseball, boxing and reading. He enjoyed helping political candidates campaign. Most of all, Jake loved his family. He was always by someone''s side when they needed a hand to hold or they were ill.

Surviving are his wife Sheila of Farr West; one daughter and three sons, Teresa Marie Trujillo (Tom), Salt Lake City; Lawrence Jacob Trujillo, Tucson, AZ; Daniel Joseph (Tina) Trujillo, Riverdale; Steven Henry Trujillo, Salt Lake City, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are his brother Albert and sister Stella.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents and 10 siblings.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph''s Catholic Church, 514 a€" 24th Street.

Family will meet friends at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. where Holy Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.

Inurnment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
