James Paul Jones

James Paul Jones MORGAN – James Paul Jones, 94, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2007. He was born August 28, 1913, in Randolph, the son of Heber and Matilda Norris Jones. On February 2, 1963, he married Harriott Mae Croft. She preceded him in death on May 26, 1986. Paul served in the U. S. Army during World War II and retired from Hill Air Force Base. He made his home in Randolph, Ogden, Layton and Kaysville before moving to Morgan. Preceded in death by his wife, and all of his siblings, Elizabeth Charlotte “Lottie”, Heber Calvin, Isabell, Phebe Maud, David Levi and Edith N. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
