James H. Knowlton
1948 ~ 2021
James H Knowlton was a very generous and loyal man.
He was a hard worker and enjoyed working at Tempest Construction for the majority of his life. James was able to work for them up until a year and half ago when he became ill. A lot of people will tell you he was the “best ditchdigger around”. Because he had winters off, we could go to our place on the Oregon Coast and he could spend time enjoying the tranquility of the ocean. He also enjoyed camping in the desert with his family.
James enjoyed relaxing at home, reading, and catching up on the current affairs in the news. No matter what, when someone would call him, especially family, he would drop everything to help.
He was my love, my “gentle giant” and I miss him greatly.
James is survived by his loving wife, Sandra; son, James D.; daughter, Kelly Lawson; stepdaughter, Heather Adam; stepson, Randall White Jr.; four grandchildren, Gabrielle Marie, Preston, Tanner, and Kaiden, and eight brothers and five sisters.
James will be missed greatly by everyone.
