James Roger Phillips, born on April 10, 1963, in Trenton, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at his residence in Layton, Utah, on November 15, 2024. He was a beloved son and will be deeply missed by his family.

James is survived by his loving parents, Royce H. Phillips, Jr. and Lillian M. Phillips, who provided unwavering support and guidance throughout his life.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah.  Family and friends may visit Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:30 to 11;30 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah.

James Roger Phillips leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever held in the hearts of those who knew him. His legacy will live on through the love and lessons imparted by his family.
