Jane Elaine Boosinger

Jane Elaine Boosinger, 73, passed away Monday, August 5, 2013.

She was born May 19, 1940 in Geenville, Ohio the daughter of John Edward and Zelma Lucille Ketring Weybright.

Jane married Everett Lee Boosinger in Lawrenceburg, Indiana on September 10, 1956. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on August 20, 1985.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings, Nursery Leader, Primary teacher, Relief Society Counselor, Temple Worker and a senior missionary in Ogden.

She had an insight into people. Jane loved sewing, quilting, carving, stained glass, ceramics, pattern making and coloring.

Surviving are her husband Everett, Syracuse; son Daniel (Carol) Boosinger, Middletown, OH; daughter Cynthia (John) Speth Crowell, Ogden; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, brother, James Allan (Beverly) Weybright, Middletown, OH; sister, Nancy Weybright, sisters-in-law, Betty Chandler, Margaret Long and brother-in-law, Donny Boosinger.

Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Olivia Jean, brother, John Edward Weybright, nieces, Olivia Jean Weybright, Gloria Weybright and Julie Weybright.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Syracuse 8th Ward, 1600 So. 4500 W., Syracuse. Friends may visit family Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
