Janet Kathleen Elkins Bullough

Janet Kathleen Elkins Bullough passed away September 2, 2023, peacefully at her home. She was surrounded by her son Randy Lee Bullough and daughter Anna K. Bullough. She was born March 8, 1944, to Randolph R. Elkins and Lois May Elkins of Ogden, Utah.

She married the love of her life David L. Bullough on November 28, 1962, in Ogden, Utah. They were later sealed together eternally in the Bountiful Temple.

She enjoyed many different kinds of crafts such as knitting, painting, needlework, and woodwork with her two sisters. She also was happiest doing gardening and planting beautiful flowers.

She was a wonderful wife and mother with a big heart that she shared with family and friends.

She always lived life to the fullest with laughter and a big smile that everyone enjoyed.

She will be deeply missed and will be so close in our hearts with the love and laughter that she has given us.

Love you mom, you were the best!

Janet is survived by her four children David R. Bullough, Randy L. Bullough, Blaine E. Bullough, Anna K. Bullough, Harley D. Bullough, Myra A. Elkins, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren,

and many nieces and nephews.

Janet is preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, sister and grandmothers.

Funeral services will be held September 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road, Layton. Friends may visit family and friends prior to services from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
