Janice Green

Janice Green ROY – Janice Green, 63, passed away Friday, September 26, 2008, after a fierce six year battle with cancer. Janice was born October 23, 1944 in Ogden, a daughter of Myron W. and Janet Leone Wood Green. She graduated from Ogden High School in 1963 and attended Stevens Henagar College. Janice worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 25 years, retiring in June 2003. She was an avid doll collector, loved to knit, read, and watch old movies. Janice was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and especially enjoyed relief society activities. Our family is indebted to Janice’s best friend, Kathleen Dabb, for the invaluable help and support she and her family gave Janice throughout her long illness. She was Janice’s angel on earth. The family would also like to thank her friends and the staff at Chancellor Gardens for their kindness, especially Tammy Hill, for all she did for us and for Janice. Janice is survived by her father, her brother, Neal (MarAnne) Green, niece, Joelle (Brian) Creager, nephews, Michael, Bryan and Brandon Green, great-nieces, Brandi and Breann Van Orden, Valerie Green, and great-nephews, Coulter and Kyler Creager and Dallin Green. She was preceded in death by her mother, brother, Gerald Green, and two great-nephews, Kaden Creager and Bryce Green.
