LAYTON a€" Janice Lee Hayhurst, 71, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007 at Davis Hospital and Medical Center.

She was born May 27, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio.

Janice married Jim on December 31, 1954 in Richmond, IN.

Janice was an avid bowler. She served as First Vice President in both the Utah State Bowling Association and the Northern Utah Bowling Association.

Surviving are her husband, one daughter, two sons and seven grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her daughter Cheryl Adams.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 23, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Monday one hour prior to services at the mortuary.
