Jared Dixon Hennefer

Jared Dixon Hennefer, age 27, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend returned to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on December 20, 2011.

He was born on June 29, 1984 to Jack E. Hennefer and Linda Dixon. He was raised in Uintah, Utah, along with one brother and three sisters. He grew up playing soccer, hunting, fishing, camping, and hanging out with friends. He was always fun to be around and was always the life of the party. He was a very compassionate person and had a very special relationship with his Grandma Dixon and his dogs, Sota and Koda.

Jared was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and just had the special privilege of blessing his baby daughter, whom he cherished dearly. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 2002. He loved the Denver Broncos and the BYU Cougars. We would always see Jared in blue and white. He loved to dress nice and could sell anything to anyone at any time! He was very convincing with his beautiful smile and darling dimple!

He married Kaitlyn Morrill on April 1, 2010 a€" yes, April Fool''s Day! (It took four hours to convince his family that he was not fooling.) He was a wonderful husband. They welcomed their daughter, Oaklee Jade, on September 14, 2011. He loved being a daddy and she was the light of his life! He never wanted to be without "his girls."

He is survived by his wife Kaitlyn and daughter Oaklee, Roosevelt; father, Jack E. Hennefer, Vernal; mother and step-father, Linda and Kent Boekweg, Layton; sisters, Jamie Ellison (Clay), Pleasant View; Jodie Bybee (Zack), Harrisville; JennieLin Hennefer (Brock Ritter), Washington Terrace; and brother Jackson Hennefer (Jill), South Weber; 10 nephews and nine nieces, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, grandparents Jack R. and Merlene Hennefer, Ogden; and in-laws Dr. Lynn and Therena Morrill, Neola.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Jennie Dixon, and cousins, Benjamin Dixon and Helen Scadden.
