Jay Gardner Kirkpatrick

Our loving son and brother Jay Gardner Kirkpatrick passed away on Sunday March 22, 2015.

He was born November 3, 1963 in Ogden, Utah the second son of Gerald B. and Bonnie G. Kirkpatrick.  He grew up and attended schools in Kaysville, graduating from Davis High School, and earned the Willam Christensen scholarship in Ballet to the University of Utah.  He later danced with Ballet West II, Boston Ballet and the Chicago Ballet.

He is survived by his parents of Iona, Idaho, his brother Michael, sisters Shannon Corona and Katie (Barney) Boynton of Salt Lake City, sister Nancy (David) Jones of Iona, Idaho,  brother Ryan (Sheri) of Kaysville, and sister Jaimee (Kelly) Kartchner of Tyrone, Georgia and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services to be held Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 East Crestwood Road.

Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
