Jay R. Poulsen

Jay R Poulsen, of North Ogden, returned home to his Heavenly Father early Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

Jay is survived by his wife of 64 years, Delma Poulsen and his children: Jaylene Poulsen Cortez of North Ogden, Allen Poulsen of Sunset, and Robert Poulsen of Kanosh. Those waiting for him in Heaven include his son, Raymond Poulsen and his grandsons, Jayson Poulsen and Adam Poulsen. Jay was an amazing grandfather to his 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was a true example of a great man.

Funeral services and his final farewell will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Family and friends will have two opportunities to say goodbye: on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
