Jean Johnson Blair, 86 of Layton, Utah died June 3, 2015 peacefully at her residence at Chancellor Gardens in Clearfield, Utah. Born in Layton, Utah October 17, 1928 daughter of Joseph William and Elvira Lucille Ence Johnson of Layton, Utah.
Jean married James Blair but later divorced. Jean was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked at Hill Air Force Base and DDO. She enjoyed watching the Jazz games and going to the summer concerts in Layton. She especially liked listening to her favorite singing group, Voice Male.
Jean is survived by two sisters, Shirley Lehreman, Amy Thomas and one brother Joseph Johnson. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Debbie, Cathy (Bret), Kyle (Russell), also her grandchildren she adored and their spouses, Kimberly (Cody), Stacey (Jacob), Adam, also great-grandchildren, Gaige, Kaylah, Alleha, Danika and Hudson, and many nieces and nephews.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters and two brother-in-laws.
Jean has requested a simple graveside service be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 3 p.m. at the Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road.
Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
