Jean Fikstad Morgan

Jean Fikstad Morgan was born October 8, 1941 the daughter of Howard and Maria Fikstad.  She passed away in her home after a long illness on March 26, 2017.

Jean graduated from Davis High School Class of 1960.  She retired from IRS.  She was blessed with many talents, arts and crafts, crocheting, cake decorating, baking, cooking and hosting 4th of July parties.

She married George Val Morgan on September 6, 1990.  The loves of her life are her grandchildren, Alan Dale Pollett, Elizabeth (Elli) Jean, Liam Kai and Desmond Lukas.

Survived by her husband Val Morgan, mother Maria Fikstad, four sons, Kenneth S. Pollett, Russell L. Pollett (Scott), Howard W. Pollett (Kimi), Mark E. Pollett, three grandsons, one granddaughter, six sisters and two brothers.

Preceded in death by her father, Howard G. Fikstad.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 31, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
