Jeanne Madaline Bradshaw Earl passed away peacefully in Dallas, TX on April 25, 2012 at the age of 85. Jeanne was the daughter of Merrill Crary Bradshaw and Josephine Amelia Chase, born August 22, 1926 in Omaha, NE.
Jeanne graduated from the U of U and Utah State University where she earned both her Master and Doctorate degrees to teach at Farmington Junior High with the Special Ed kids. She loved being a teacher and the kids loved her.
She was the wife of Trueman Leonard Earl, living in Bountiful, Utah. She later divorced and retired after teaching in Davis County for 30 years and moved to Dallas, TX. She accepted a teaching position in Dallas for another 5 years and retired a 2nd time. For many years during difficult times she was the single parent raising her 5 children. While she was going to school herself, and teaching her students, she found the time for her children. She was their rock and their support, and enjoyed sharing their dreams and supported their happiness. Jeanne was devoted to her religion and her love of Christ. She met her challenges and battles head on.
She is preceded in death by her brother John W. who was killed during World War II; father 1972; mother 1978; half brother Robert Crary 1979; son Trueman Earl II 1996; brother William Crary 2009; ex-husband Trueman 2010; and her sister Mary Jo Andrews 2011. She leaves her children Leslie Brad (Kim) Dallas, TX, John Jacob, California, Rose Marie (James) Jetter, Cypruss, CA and William George (Lisa) Earl, West Bountiful, UT; 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Centerville City Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary 727 North 400 East and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Monday prior to the service at the mortuary.
