Jeff Chapman

Jeff (affectionately known as Jeffafa) was in a hurry to be born on November 24, 1990. Born seven weeks early, he was a healthy and beautiful 7-pound and 1 ounce baby boy.

Jeff was a very devoted and hardworking man.

There wasn’t anything he couldn’t do or fix. He worked many trades though always found himself back in the dirt running equipment.

He had a charisma that couldn’t be matched. He lit up every room that he was in whether it be his charm or his loud voice that could catch you off guard! He loved and he loved hard! He would give the shirt off his back to anyone that needed it more than him regardless of who it was. He had so much love and that love created six beautiful children, Brison, Tenley, Ryker, Bryler, Taizleigh, and Therron (TJ); along with loving his bonus daughter, Cristel. He loved them all the same.

Jeff is survived by his children; his mother; Julie Chapman; father; Jeffery Chapman; brothers; Nate Brown (Evelyn Rivera), Trevor Chapman; sister Baleigh (Kobbie) Harper; nieces; BrynLeigh, Oakleigh and Avery; nephews, Kash and Noah; and grandfather, Jay (Sharon) Chapman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Boyd and Georgia Brown, Marlene Chapman; uncle, Albert Brown; aunt, Jaelene (Missy) Chapman Wilke; and many other family members and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to help cover funeral expenses or to Jeff’s mom, Julie, to help take care of his youngest children.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.

Please wear something comfortable as Jeff was all about whatever makes ya’ happy!

Rest easy, Jeff. You fought and won a hard battle. We are proud of you!
