Jeffrey L. Hunter
ROY – My darling husband’s struggle to live has finally ended. He is now pain free from his earthly trials.
He was born April 7, 1957 in Ogden, a son of Ray and Doris Sibley Hunter.
On December 15, 1979, Jeff married Kim Martin in Ogden.
He was raised and educated in Pleasant View graduating from Weber High School. Later in his life, he moved to Roy.
Jeff was a salesman for Burton Lumber, Wheelwright Lumber Company, Pioneer Door and Legacy Furniture and Design.
He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and spending time with his daughters and grandchildren who were everything to him, and he loved them so very much. Jeff was a man that would do anything for anyone at the drop of a hat and the friends that he had meant the world to him.
Surviving are his wife Kim of Roy; two daughters, Jamie (Mike) Petersen, Ogden; Jessica (Brandon Coyne) Hunter, Layton; and two granddaughters, Bailee Rae Petersen and Nevaeh Rae Coyne.
Jeff is also survived by his mother, Doris Hunter, North Ogden; and his siblings, Judy (Larry) Cottam, and Jane (Steve) Garner, both of Fresno, CA; Jay Dee Hunter, North Ogden; Jerry (Sandy) Hunter, Huntsville; Jana (Calvin) Conley, Ogden; and Jed (Jill) Hunter, North Ogden; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Jeff in death were his father Ray and brothers John and Jimmy.
