Jeffrey Markham

Jeffrey Richard Markham passed away March 25, 2015 after a short illness.  He was born January 29, 1981 in Ogden Utah to John and Carol Markham.  Jeffrey grew up in Clearfield, Utah where he made many life-long friends.  He later moved to Uintah/South Ogden area.

Jeffrey married Stacie Rhees in 2002. Together they had one child, Anne, who he dearly loved. They later divorced. He then met and married Ashley Shiba in 2013.

Jeffrey loved hockey as a fan and also played youth hockey in the Golden Spike Hockey Association. He also enjoyed cycling and reading. He liked music and played the guitar.  Jeffery had a special aptitude for technology. He worked for 14 years at Autoliv Ogden.

He is survived by his wife Ashley, daughter Anne (5), step daughter Katelyn Henderson (16), his parents, and siblings Alex and Emily(Erich)Newey.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT.  Friends may visit with family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. on Friday at the mortuary.
