Jeffrey Thomas Phillips

Jeffrey Thomas Phillips, 34, passed away at his group home on Saturday, February 23, 2008. He was born to Thomas Allan Phillips and Kathleen Smith Phillips on March 27, 1973 in Ogden, Utah and spent most of his life in Layton.

Jeffrey was employed at a local workshop. He loved music, animals, people, and enjoyed watching the weather. He enjoyed T.V., movies, and watching the activities of policemen and firemen. He also loved camping at the family cabin.

Jeffrey is survived by his father, Tom (Judy) Phillips, Layton; mother Kathleen Phillips, Layton; five brothers, Kent (Patti) Phillips, CA; Darrell (Angi) Stone, Springville; Kim (Debbie) Phillips, Syracuse; Loren Stone, Clinton; Kyle (Melissa) Phillips, Roy and one sister Christine Wirick, Roy.

Preceded in death by his grandparents and one cousin Cindy Rose.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 29, 2008 at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary 1867 North Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 12:45 to 1:45 at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 North Fairfield Road.

The family suggests that donations may be made to Rise Services, Inc. located at 856 24th Street a nonprofit organization, creating opportunities for and with people.
