Jennie RoChelle Palmer

Jennie RoChelle Palmer, 82, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024, in Ogden. She was born on August 21, 1942, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of Leonard Rego and Jennie H. Jensen Purser.

Jennie married Raymond Bruce Kleeb in 1960. They later divorced. She then married Tim Palmer.

She enjoyed people and was successful in sales at Dillards. She was also a skilled production line technician for Cutter Laboratories and made circuit boards at Iomega. She had many friends there.

Jennie loved to crochet, play with her cat, and most of all, spend time with her family, especially her grandkids. She could often be heard asking, “Can you get me a Coke?” She had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh, was an excellent cook and enjoyed making desserts.

She was so proud of her children and had a great love for her extended family. She loved animals and was kind to strangers – she would talk to anyone.

Jennie will be remembered for always wanting to choose the right. She put her children first.

Jennie is survived by her husband, Tim Palmer, Ogden; daughter, Tina (Kathy) Wood, Ogden; son, Ty (Judy) Kleeb, Malad, ID; son, Timm (Wendy) Kleeb, West Haven; stepchildren, Heidi, Ty, and Nate; grandchildren, Casey (Monica) Wise, Kyle (Jenny) Wise, Chelsey (Aric) Bell, Trey Wood, Stephanie (Bill) Braun, Troy (Heidi) Ercanbrack, Kaitlynn Kleeb, and Brooke Kleeb; sixteen great-grandchildren; and also survived by her sister, Beverly Farner and brother, Rodney (Barbara) Purser. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dennis and Larry Purser; and stepson, Timmy.

The family wishes to thank the kind and professional staff of The Terrace at Mount Ogden for their loving care of Mom.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.
