Jennifer Lee Flinders, 64, passed away suddenly on September 2, 2017 in a motorcycle accident in Ogden Canyon.

Jennifer was born in Hayward, CA on August 22, 1953 to Jack W. and LueDean Gailey Flinders. She was raised and schooled in California and Utah.

After graduating from Roy High School, Class of 1971, she married and spent time in California before coming back to Utah.

Jennifer was married and divorced several times and had been unmarried for many years at the time of her death.

For much of her life she worked as a clerk in retail sales but was most proud of her career in manufacturing where she worked as a welder.

Some of her hobbies included motorcycling and gardening.

Jennifer will be remembered for her free spirit, stubborn determination, and unwavering love for her granddaughter.

Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Ivy Lavonn Flinders, last of Cottonwood Heights; and granddaughter, Isabel Calder; and by her brother Rick J. (Linda) Flinders, Grants Pass, OR.

Cremation services in care of Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. A private interment will occur at a later date at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
