Jennifer DeBoer Jacobson

On July 9, 2008, Jenn lost her courageous 3 year battle with leukemia.

She graced this world with her presence on July 16th 1969, and brought nothing but joy and happiness into the lives of all of those who were fortunate enough to know her. We will carry her to her final resting place and pay tribute to her life on her 39th birthday.

She was the loving and devoting wife to Rich, the proud, nurturer and protective mother to Austin and Justin, the consummate big sister to her brother Jerimie, and the never ending source of joy and laughter to us all. No words can describe the bond that she had with her Mom (Jan) and Dad (John), and it''s that bond that will comfort them until they meet again. Jennifer and Jan were best friends and talked to each other almost every day. Jennifer was a stay at home mom, as her 2 boys were her passion. She enriched their lives and made sure they experienced lives simplest pleasures.

Jennifer''s hobbies and interest included dancing, scrap booking, camping, bowling, jet skiing, and her beloved pets.

She is survived by her husband, Rich, two sons, Austin and Justin, mother, Jan DeBoer, father, John DeBoer, all of Farr West; a brother, Jerimie (Rebecca) Montgomery, Plain City; and grandfather, E. Keith Bybee, Clearfield.

She was preceded in death by her grandma, Betty Bybee.

The family would like to thank most of the staff at LDS Hospital who cared for Jennifer. The family suggests donations be made to local animal shelters or blood donations to local blood banks.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 16th at 3:00 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 1: 45 to 2:45 p.m., at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
