Our sweet daughter, Jenni, lost her battle with mental illness on February 20, 2021.  May you finally find the peace you deserve.

Jenni was born on September 1, 1998, in Layton, Utah to Brent and JoAnn Law.  Jenni graduated from Weber High School in 2016 and was an excellent student.  Even at an early age Jenni loved to read.  When she was old enough to sit up by herself and turn the pages of her big brother’s books, she was hooked.  Jenni took piano and dance lessons as a child.  She also made a brief and hilarious attempt at playing soccer.  She was so shy that she thought if she stood frozen during the game, no one would watch her.  Her big brother even tried to get her to run beside him during the games but to no avail.  When she was with her friends, she wasn’t that shy girl.  She loved being with her friends, listening to music, and taking care of animals.  Most of all, she loved her son Drake.  They were adorable together and he would make her whole face light up with his silly antics.

Jenni is survived by her dad (Brent Law), mom (JoAnn Law), older brother (Brandon Law and spouse Kylie Law), and her son (Drake Owens).

A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, February 27, at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 for family and close friends at Ben Lomond Cemetery.
