Jen was born February 14, 1928 in Vernal, Utah, to Benjamin George and Birdie Ross Rooks Slaugh. Her marriage to Acel Mark Hall in the Salt Lake temple in 1946 led to 65 wonderful years of marriage.

Jen''s life revolved around her family and service for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a great influence on the youth of the church and served faithfully in many callings including a mission to Rochester, New York, with her husband in 1989-90.
