Jeremy Shane Isaacson

August 24, 1978 – February 27, 2017

Jeremy Isaacson, 38 years old, passed away on Monday, February 27th, 2017. He was the oldest of two brothers and one sister. He was born in Logan, Utah on August 24, 1978. Jeremy grew up in Clearfield, Utah. He attended Clearfield High School and graduated from Mountain High School. He served an LDS mission in Phoenix, AZ from 1997-1999. He was married in 2004 and moved to Van Nuys, California. There he worked for an engineering company. He then moved back to Utah in 2010. He worked at Utility Trailer in Syracuse for 9 years. His last job was at Maxwell Restoration in Ogden.   He lived with his brother Justin Isaacson for 6 years. He wanted everyone to be happy. He had a heart of gold. He had a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith. He enjoyed playing his electric guitar. His dream was to be a rock star. He loved sports cars. He loved spending time with his family. We miss him dearly and look forward to the day we can see him again. We love our Jeremy so very much and know he is in a happy place now. “We know Jeremy will rise mightily in the resurrection because he was a spiritual giant and had love for everybody.”  Preceded in death of 2 weeks: Maternal Grandmother Carol Emma Isaacson. Survivors include Myriam Isaacson (separated wife) his parents, Mr. and Mrs.  Douglas John and Lani Isaacson of Clearfield, Brothers: Mr. Justin Scott Isaacson of Ogden, Mr. Jacob Douglas Isaacson, Clearfield, Sister: Mrs. Jessica Lynn Cannon and John, Nieces: Elizabeth Mia Isaacson, Genevive Elisabeth Isaacson, Rosabella Leilani Lynn Cannon and Annabella Rose Cannon, and Maternal Grandfather Merlin Dee Isaacson, and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery, 1250 S. 1000 W., Syracuse.
