Jerome (Jerry) R. Brady
KAYSVILLE – Jerry entered into the presence of his Savior on Saturday, February 14, 2015. God’s grace saved him here and God’s grace led him Home.
He was born November 8, 1923 in Middletown, PA to Katherine and Jerome M. Brady.
He served in WWII from 1943 to 1946 in the Army Air Corp.
Jerry moved his family to Kaysville, Utah when Olmstead AFB, PA closed. He worked at HAFB for over 30 years.
Jerry volunteered his time and abilities with Helping Hands, a group of men from Kaysville, helping Bible Schools, Bible Churches and Bible Camps with modifications and building projects in WY and UT.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glenn Burkett.
Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Kathlyn (Kathy), his two children, Rick (Loris) and Lynn (Greg) Robinson, five grandchildren, Todd (Janice) Brady, Whitney (Winston) Stubbart, Ashley Malan, Mallory Robinson, and Daniel (Sara) Robinson, and seven great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by siblings, Alice Hoke, Janet (Ray) Koup, Betty Bright and George (Pat) Burkett.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville Bible Church, 181 N. Flint Street, Kaysville, Utah.
Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main.
Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kaysville Bible Church Missionary Fund.
