Jerred Seth Robertson passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011.

He was born May 3, 1982 to Seth Robertson and Margie Palmer. His father died when he was three years old. Jerred was raised by his mother Margie, later she married Russ Nielsen, who loved him dearly.

Jerred had a big heart and he would always put others before himself. He especially loved his family. He will be deeply missed by his mother, family and friends.

He graduated from Clearfield High School in 2000. He was a dedicated employee of Clinton City as a programmer of the Recreation Department, where he enjoyed coordinating and managing all types of special events.

Jerred started playing golf at three years old, he could run an office at four and he collected all kinds of sprinkler heads. Later his passions became playing his drums, work, decorating his house with Christmas lights and playing golf with his mother. He had over 30,000 lights and all kinds of animated figures and received many awards for his decorations.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Jerred is survived by his mother and stepfather, two brothers, Steven Anderson, Bart "Will" Anderson, two-step sisters, Shauna (John) Gibby, Kathy (Dennis) Gerber, a step-brother, Jay (Joy) Nielsen, aunt, Helen Palmer, nieces, Chantae Medina, Kisten Downey, Dawn Anderson, nephew, Dax Anderson, cousins, Geoffrey Barton, Glenn Barton, Doug Barton, Tracy Barton, Jon Barton, Carolynn Kuster, Cindy Wagner, Larry Hutchings, Vicky Hutchings, and his very special dog, Stella.

He was preceded in death by his father, his grandparents, two aunts, Josephine Barton, Norma Hutchings, and three uncles, Shelton Barton, Jack Hutchings, and Ralph Palmer.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 17th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

The family will meet with friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Clinton City Cemetery.
