Jessica Irene Jensen

Jessica Irene Jensen died tragically on Thursday, June 2, 2011, leaving her imprint on the hearts of her family and friends.

She was born in Ogden on May 30, 1985 to H. Michael Jensen and Anna Boulton. Jessica was a bright light throughout her childhood and the little "sister" who loved to tease her older siblings. She attended Layton High School for two years where she was a cheerleader, and later graduated from Mountain High in 2003. The light of her life was her sweet daughter, Allison, whom she always adored. Jessica faced many challenges in her short life, struggling with mental illness and is now at peace in a better place with her sister, Amber.

She is survived by her daughter, Allison Adams (father Ike Adams), her parents H. Michael Jensen (Lowaina), Anna Boulton (Richard Sline), her siblings, Andrea Lewis (Derek Petersen), Eric M. Jensen (Jennifer), Nathan Jensen (Stephanie), Matthew Jensen, Andrea Sline, Camille Brown (Doug), her loving grandparents, Alexander and Irene Boulton, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Jessica was preceded in death by her sister, Amber Elizabeth, grandparents Frank and Una Evans and her uncle, Kevin Boulton. Jessica, you are dearly missed by your family. We love you. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 6th at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

The family will meet with friends one hour prior to the service, 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to NAMI or the Bipolar Disorder Foundation.
