KAYSVILLE a€" Jessica Rae Barnes Leota "Jae Rae", 26, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at her home.

She was born on January 28, 1986 in Ogden, Utah the daughter of Bradley James and Laurie Rae Over Barnes.

Jessica married Tavita Teleni Leota on March 28, 2009 in Kaysville, Utah.

She was a member of the LDS Church. Jessica loved sports, reading, her family and children, going to the cabin, the U of U Utes and the Utah Jazz.

Jessica was a bright shining light whose beautiful smile lit up the room. She never forgot anyone''s birthday or any event, she was a "party planner." She was our "sunshine, our only sunshine." "Jessica, we will love you forever and ever, our baby you''ll be." She truly treasured her love for her husband and children. They truly were the light of her life.

Surviving are her husband Tavita, daughter Laila Rae Leota, son Luke Iosefa Tavita Leota, parents, Bradley and Laurie Rae Barnes, in-laws, Teleni Faga Leota and Laki Dian Leota, brothers, Samuel Lloyd Barnes, Thomas Bradshaw Barnes, brothers-in-law, Arona Teleni Leota, Alema Teleni Leota, sister-in-law, Telenia Angilau, grandparents, Elton "Butch" and Nancy Over and grandmother-in-law, Tauave Leota.

Preceded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd Hill and Eulalia Christina Barnes, Ray Steed Odd and Marillyn Odd Patterson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
