Joanie O''Brien Shinkle

Joanie O''Brien Shinkle, 56, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012.

She was born March 12, 1956 in Ogden, Utah the daughter of Rodney B. and Connie Beazer O''Brien.

Joanie was a life-long resident of Layton and a member of the LDS Church.

She had a great love of life.

Surviving are her son Levi (Elena) Shinkle, mother Connie O''Brien-Tolman, two brothers, Kelly O''Brien, Douglas (Lisa) O''Brien and sister, Holly (Wayne) Johnson.

Preceded in death by her father and son Justin.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family Saturday from 12 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.
