Joanne Klemme Goff

1951-2018

Joanne, 67, crossed her last “No Trespassing” sign, on March 15, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Joanne was born on February 25, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah to William Henry and Vivian Dean Klemme. She attended Granger High School and graduated in 1969.

She married Cedric Tuttle Goff on June 26, 1981 and they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple one year later. Their union was blessed with two daughters, Amanda and Cherilee.

Joanne was a member of the LDS Church and was an active participant in her community.  She was the life at family functions and everyone gravitated towards her.

When her health declined, she became a resident at City Creek Post Acute Care Center where she volunteered her services as resident president.

Joanne joins her parents William Henry Klemme Jr and Vivian Dean, her husband Cedric, daughter Amanda, and her brother David Reed Klemme who preceded her death. She is survived by her daughter Cherilee (BJ)Jensen, her brother William Dean (Dora) Klemme, sister Cheryl(David) Forsberg, in-laws Beatrice(Wallace) Jackson, Roger(Donna)Goff, Larry(Pat)Goff  and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at City Creek Post Acute Care Center for their efforts and dedication in Joanne’s behalf.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East, Bountiful, UT were friends may visit family Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 6-8 pm and Thursday, one hour prior  to services. Interment Murray City Cemetery.
